Diet Update | Increasing to 3,000+ Kcal

Today I'm covering:
  1. How/why I eat 3,000+ kcal per day (diet update)
  2. Why "binge eating" in recovery isn't really binge eating at all
When I first entered into anorexia recovery, I gained on much less than I need now to even stabilize in weight. However, as my portions continued to increase and my calorie intake was no longer restricted, my body got used to these new portions and continued to require more and more in order to stabilize or gain. I repeat: THIS IS NORMAL. I am no special snowflake.

    1. The sequel to Just Perfect will hopefully be out within the next year. The other book I mentioned will take a bit longer 'till completion because of the enormous amount of research (and digging back into my old journals, too!)
