Trying Out Strange New Snacks

After 3 failed attempts at filming, today I try out 3 new snacks (fried banana yoghurt with peanut butter; mug cakes; etc.) to expand my horizon. In anorexia recovery, it is not infrequent that people reach for the same foods and snacks, afraid to reach beyond the comfort zone and try out fear foods. So that's what I challenge you to do today: try new things and eat new foods. Don't submit to black and white thinking. No one food (group) is bad and no one food (group) is good. Keep experimenting and keep fighting!
