Q&A: Junk Food, Triggers & Overshoot

Welcome for a little lunch chat ft. me answering some of your most recent, most frequently asked anorexia/eating disorder recovery questions! If you have any more, unanswered queries, let me know in the comments and I'll try to answer them as soon as I'm all over and done with my exams.
