One day late because I was cruising around in a Hop-On Hop-Off, but here it is... What I Eat in a Day - EXTREME HUNGER Edition.
I realize I haven't sent out anything new in the past week, but do check out my channel for my latest videos! I've been swamped with work, and then flew off to SOUTH AFRICA! I'm now enjoying some well-earned rest and family time :)

Nevertheless, I'll keep the videos coming (no need to worry ;)). Recovery cannot be put on hold simply for a holiday (it's a constant work-in-progress!), and so I've made sure to pre-upload my newest video, What I Eat (Extreme Hunger Edition).

Eating disorder/anorexia recovery is a confusing time and extreme hunger is very common, and so I considered it crucial to share this video with you all today.

Don't worry if you are experiencing extreme hunger -- I have gone through it too, and I still eat larger quantities today compared to a lot of the people I know. You are not 'bingeing.' Keep eating, listen to your body, and I promise you this WILL pass. Take the leap. and take care xx

Note: My current hunger is not like the 'extreme hunger' I experienced during my active recovery (now, I CAN be satiated, and food is not on my mind 24/7). However, being so busy, I have felt hungrier during the past few days than usual, maybe because I am rushing around a lot and because my meal times are all over the place.

However, it's easy for me to deal with this now. With this video, I just wanted to show you just how things can change, and how following hunger cues and listening to your body don't necessarily need to be so scary!
