What I Eat in a Day | Challenging ED FEARS at EVERY Meal

After a little social media and YouTube break, we are BACKKKK in the game (and back at university). Before uploading my video chock-full of information and updates (next week), I thought I'd keep things light with another little challenge video (I couldn't go all deep after two weeks of sunshine in the beautiful Fuerteventura).



So. Today's challenge. As I've said before, eating disorder challenges can be pointless. They can be days where you eat differently from your usual, and then fall back into old patterns.

However, it doesn't need to be this way. Sometimes, a challenge day or week (or even a longer-term challenge meal plan) can be a wonderful thing -- to challenge yourself and push yourself into a more positive routine. It is crucial to face your fears to overcome them!

For me, today's challenge was a way to look back at my old fears and to see where I've come from. Join me for full day of ED-challenging foods!
