What I Eat in a Day to GAIN WEIGHT

Hi Warriors, today I'm talking all about weight gain! In fact, this is something I have always struggled with; I was always a skinny kid. However, during recovery it became my priority, and it played a crucial part in getting me out of the danger zone and into a healthier body with a healthier mindset. 

Now, I am embarking on the weight gain journey again. For slightly different reasons, but still... I thought I'd share a day with you, and tell you my best tips!

Weight gain can be a challenge for a range of different reasons, one being the fear of overeating and gaining 'too much' weight. However, this is nothing to worry about (honestly). And everyone does overeat sometimes, but this is not as bad as the ED may make it out to be!
