Ultimate Birthday FDOE (Anorexia Recovered)

Full day of eating on my birthday! Today I share what I eat in a day... anorexia-recovered, food-guilt free & intuitive on my birthday :)


It's been a little while since I've been posting on a consistent schedule (work got the better of me!), but if you follow me on Instagram and YouTube you'll know that I haven't been sitting still in the meantime. And that things haven't all been easy

However, that is life. It can be hectic, it can push you down, but all of that doesn't matter as long as we pick ourselves back up. Which I am in the process of doing.  

For one, I took my birthday off. I didn't do any work on the day, and I enjoyed it to the fullest. I did what I wanted, I ate what I wanted... and it was grand! The next step will be for me to allow myself days like this, even when it's not my birthday. There's no way I'll pull myself through another year without recharging those batteries!

Anyway, I've got the plan. And now it's time to put it into action. I may or may not be in the midst of planning a last-minute get-away... and with last-minute, I mean last minute. Portugal tomorrow? Or Center Parcs? How far away I can get away (and how fast) in the current restrictions, is where and when I'm going, and I'm SO ready. I'm excited for some relaxation, some good food, and running away from my responsibilities. 

I hope you all get the chance to do that too, once in a while! Don't forget the self-care.
