What I Eat in a Week: How I Get FIT & HEALTHY Post Christmas

Anyway, starting off with some content that I simply KNOW you will like, I just uploaded a video chock-full of tasty food, New Year's advice and resolutions, and how to prevent getting sucked into the 'New Year, new me' crazes.
