Vegan brownies recipe (c. 4 people):
- 50g of vegan dark chocolate
- 40g of coconut oil
- 15g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 25ml almond milk
- 20g almond flour (or oat flour)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Grease a baking dish with margarine, put the brownie mixture into the tin, and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
