Don't worry, though. Today I'm answering your questions, referring back to starvation mode, set point theory, oedema, overshoot, and how to boost your sluggish digestion after active restriction.
Yoghurt recipe:
- Bring desired amount of plant-based (or other) milk to a boil. Take off the heat as soon as bubbles form, and allow to cool to a temperature at which your pinky-finger can be submerged in it without shrivelling up. Then, add tbs of existing (non-dairy or other) yoghurt.
- Pour the milk-yoghurt mixture into one or several jar(s) and place in the yoghurt machine for 12 hours. Alternatively, keep the jar(s) warm in another way. E.g. preheat the oven to 50C (120F), turn it off once it is hot, and place the jar(s) in for 8-12 hours. You may have to turn the oven on slightly and briefly after 5 hours to keep the temperature warm for the cultures to grow. Make sure not to open the oven before the 8-12 hours are over!
- Allow to cool, put in the fridge, and enjoy (with fruit, nuts, nut butters, etc. etc.)!
