When you've already tried "listening to your body"...

"Am I actually going to learn anything I haven’t already heard a hundred times?”

That’s what someone messaged me recently about my recovery program.

"How will this program be any different?"

    And honestly — fair questions.

Because if you’ve been around recovery content for a while, you’ve probably already been told to “just eat more,” "improve meal consistency," "release the food rules," and (possibly the worst one of all) “just trust the process."

And you’re sitting there thinking… “Yes. I’ve heard all of this. I’ve tried all of this. It’s not actually helping me do it though. To make lasting change.”

If that's got you nodding along, let me be really clear about what my support provides, and what it does not.

Let me be clear about where the key to recovery lies, and where it is not

Because it’s NOT what you’re probably expecting.

❌ It isn’t generic “just eat more” motivation. It isn’t me telling you to “challenge fear foods” without sharing the WHY, HOW, WHEN, and sharing the necessarily in-depth tools (+ my personal WhatsApp) to help you navigate that post-meal discomfort.

❌ It isn’t a checklist of recovery habits that assumes your brain isn’t currently in survival mode.

❌ It isn’t me saying “just stop tracking” when I know your brain doesn’t just switch that off overnight.
❌ And it isn’t vague advice that sounds nice but falls apart the moment you’re standing in front of real food in real life feeling overwhelmed.

…what my support actually is (take a breath)

✅ It is structured guidance that helps you actually apply recovery. In real life, and not just in theory.

✅ It’s me sitting down with your real situation. The one you’re actually currently living. The persistent food noise, the guilt post-eating, the rules that feel “irrational” but still run your day...

✅ It's us working collaboratively on those exact patterns. Not just “what’s the goal,” but: “how do we actually apply that, and what would that look like and make that possible for you?"

Because the problem usually isn’t that you don’t know what recovery requires of you. It’s that no one has helped you, properly helped you, action it.

When you reach out to me between sessions (unlimited support, baby!), I won't get back to you with a generic "well done" or "what can we learn from this?"

When I respond, I’m helping you untangle exactly where the pattern is showing up for you, and how to use that knowledge to change the script. We're digging deeper, naming the trigger, exploring the pattern, and defining practical ways to interrupt it.

When I say “this needs more structure,” I’m not leaving you with just that. I’m helping you understand what kind of structure actually supports your body and your goals right now.

And when I say “this isn’t about willpower,” I’m also helping you see what it genuinely is about, so you can stop blaming yourself for something that’s actually a learned coping system.

This is not “just eat” advice.

This is not "you've got this" energy (with nothing more behind the cheerleader act).

This is grounded, real-life support for actually doing recovery in the moments it feels hardest.

It's for people who are tired of understanding recovery intellectually but still feeling stuck in the day-to-day experience of it (this was me for 6 years 🫠).

So if you’ve been circling recovery for a while…

If you understand it, but you’re not living it…
If you keep finding yourself in the same loops…

Reset & Recover is designed for exactly that. Doors for the Summer Intensive are opening soon, and the waitlist is now open.

When doors open, I’ll be inviting people in from the waitlist first — with early access, exclusive bonuses, and all program details before the public launch.

If you want to be part of this round, you can join the waitlist now. (No payment required, and you can lock in your bonuses and decide later.)
