What I Eat in a Day | Uni Edition

As a university studentmy eating habits have inevitably changed. Want to know what I eat now whilst being the only one responsible for me, myself and I? And want to find out how to increase YOUR calorie intake and how fast? Then this video is for you!

Recap of some of my best tips to increase your calories ;)
  1. Graze throughout the day. Don't feel guilty and go against your thoughts
  2. Add nuts/seeds/cheese/cream/peanut butter to everything (try making your own nut butter)
  3. Use big plates. My plates are at least twice as big as everyone else's.... and certainly no less filled!
  4. Eat nutrient-dense foods. Eat granola, nuts, avocados and dried fruits without feeling too stuffed
  5. Don't fear "unhealthy" foods. Feed your body what it asks for!
