Recap of some of my best tips to increase your calories ;)
- Graze throughout the day. Don't feel guilty and go against your thoughts
- Add nuts/seeds/cheese/cream/peanut butter to everything (try making your own nut butter)
- Use big plates. My plates are at least twice as big as everyone else's.... and certainly no less filled!
- Eat nutrient-dense foods. Eat granola, nuts, avocados and dried fruits without feeling too stuffed
- Don't fear "unhealthy" foods. Feed your body what it asks for!
