What I Eat (Anorexia Recovery) | At the Office

Back for another Food Diary Friday/What I Eat in a Day, this time taking you to the office with me. Join me for TWO days of summer work and lovely food, and I hope you enjoy!



Sample Day 1 - Wednesday:


Breakfast (7:00):
- 5 slices of bread + cream cheese, Nutella and peanut butter

Snack (10:00):
- 'Zoo' dry biscuits

Lunch (12:00):
- Fried potatoes, pork and chicory

Snack (15:00):
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 Pack 'smurfenkoeken' (smurf cookies, because maturity level = 100)

Dinner (20:00):
- 1 Large vegetarian pizza
- Half a bottle of wine (oops!)

Dessert (21:00):
- 150 g greek yoghurt with banana, grapes and walnuts




















Sample Day 1 - Thursday:


Breakfast (7:00):
- 5 slices of bread + tuna-mayo, paté, cheese and peanut butter

Snack (11:00):
- Several handfuls of walnuts
- Café au lait

Lunch (12:00):
- 5 Slices of bread + chicken-curry, cream cheese and deli lunch meat

Snack (16:30):
- 1 Peach
- Packet of Cartoon cookies

Dinner (20:00):
- Pasta + tomato sauce with veggies and mince and cheese

Dessert (22:00):
- 4 chocolates
- 1 Large ice cream
- 1 Glass of milk



Sample Day 2 - Friday:


Breakfast (7:00):
- 5 slices of bread + paté, cheese and mayo-egg salad

Snack (10:30):
- Several handfuls of walnuts
- Chocolate milk

Lunch (12:30):
- Spaghetti bolognese + cheese

Dinner (17:30):
- 1 Mega 'smoske' baguette with mayonnaise, egg, lots of cheese and tomatoes

Dessert (20:00):
- 1 Slice of birthday cake
- 1 Tiramisu
