How to Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

Life is too short to count every step, to track every calorie, and to live stuck inside your head. Life is too short to be so hung up over everyone else's choices, to the extent that you no longer live your own life! You deserve to focus on your own health above all else.

Life is too short NOT to savor every moment. So. Just eat. Just have that ice cream or that pizza or that chocolate cake. Remind yourself of your own goals and motivations, and go for it. Have that rest day and take care of yourself. Do what you enjoy and enjoy what you do. 

Yes, it will be tough. Yes, the anxiety will come. But, yes, this does pass. As with everything, practice makes perfect; the storm will pass. Recovery is forever.
